Nanna Pam's Chocolate cake


Ingredients 
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 3/4 cup S.R Flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon bi-carb soda
1.       Preheat oven to 180°C
2.       Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix them together with an electric mixer for approximately  4 minutes (until all ingredient combined)
3.       Pour the mixture into a round cake tin that has been greased and lined with baking paper.
4.       Put in the oven and cook for 40-50 minutes (depending on your oven it can take up to 1hour to cook)
5.       Once the cake is cooked tip out on to wire cooling rack and cool.
6.       Once the cake is cooled ice with whatever icing you want.
